A great friend and tournament partner Greg Klatt and I go on these little adventures to explore new fishing grounds throughout the year,and on these journeys great stories , and ideas show how friendship should be .Greg and I ventured out to our new laker grounds found the previous year ,the ice conditions delayed us from getting there till last Sunday ,finally great ice "ten " inches and pretty close to our spot .We were set up on some unique structure in 58 feet of water ,with shallower water very close by.I was dropping a line down while Greg put his vexilar in and he no sooner got the words out of his mouth and fish on ,we had a few lakers on and released at the hole then Greg tied into a trophy .I grabbed my phone and proceeded to film this video ,you want to talk about two addicted fishermen .Klatt believes he can truly talk to the fish a modern day fish " Dr Doolittle",and in this video I have proof .As I said in the beginning great friendships are formed when your having fun ,doing what you love best ",FISHING" .
Oh ya lets not forget Dr Klatt Doolittle, his talking to the fish must have worked he landed his Lake Simcoe trophy.Enjoy the video and best of luck fishing 2012. |
