Frontier Fishing Lodge
Great Slave Lake NT

So, I'm sitting in the lounge at Frontier Fishing Lodge on this rainy and cold afternoon thinking I should probably let everyone know how this experience has been so far... There's only one word to describe it; amazing. I have never experienced anything like it, aside from missing my friends and family back home, I think I could stay much longer than the 2 months and a bit I'm here for. The people are amazing, the fishing is even better and the scenery is fantastic. I couldn't of made a better decision by coming up here. I've caught my first every Grayling and Lake trout! My biggest Grayling being 20' and my biggest laker being 13.5 lbs. The entire staff went out last week for an entire day of fishing and the boat I was in must've reeled in well over 30 lakers, none being under 7 lbs! I actually said I was tired of catching fish! But that's all I have for now! Still in search of a giant Laker and a massive pike! here are a few pictures of the adventure so far!
