After getting home from work today it was just too nice to stay around the house! Birdee and I hooked up the Lund and away we went for a few hours playing with Crappie. They are now post-spawn on our local lake and have begun hunkering down in the weeds.

Armed with 7' Shimano Clarus medium action rods we began to plunk just like you would for Largies. Difference was we were using 4 lb test and 2 inch tubes. The water was fairly stained so we decided to go with white and yellow tubes so we could see the tube disappear. When it disappared it only meant one thing! Set the hook!
