Went out with my bro Nuno to rice lake to catch some walleye and that we did,with personal bests all around 4 walleye fishing.Got out on the lake around 6am and by 7 we had 4 walleye in the boat biggest being 23inchs 4lbs over slot size after a few photos back she went.We were using the xzone panslammers white and a 1/8oz jig head and 8lb berkley line with light action rods,fishing just outside the weedlines at 8 to 14 feet of water. By 1pm we had our limit on walleye all being in the slot size and 5 jumbo perch for a future fishfry.It was a good feeling since i was up all night tossing and turning with barely any sleep thinking of the day we where gonna have, PB 16 walleye on the bass boat with high fives and big smiles all around. I would like to thank everyone who posted a walleye report from rice lake over the last week or 2 with there great tips and info i was able to have the walleye fishing day to remember.TIGHT LINES EVERYONE make sure to follow me as reports are coming in weekly.
